MY VISION
My vision is to help teachers accomplish their goals of increased student engagement and improved 21st century skills while catering to a growth mindset. I want classrooms I work with to become fun, collaborative environments where students take ownership of their own learning through a competitive game that encourages students to go above and beyond on every assignment in a new way.
Dr. Jodi Kirk is the Owner of Accomplish Solutions Gamification Consulting. Jodi combines her experience as a classroom instructor and supervision in the business world with the knowledge she gained from her doctorate degree to help school districts and teachers accomplish their full potential. As a consultant and coach she focuses on gamification in the classroom for all subject areas.
As a former instructional staff developer for Pinellas County Schools she trained and prepared teachers for the Business and Information Technologies, Marketing, and Diversified Education programs. She assisted educators with organizing curriculum and content, learning new technology, and classroom management techniques. Throughout her career Jodi has gained a wealth of knowledge in education, software, budgeting, reports, procurement, supervision, project management, leading teams, data analysis, and compliance.
As an instructor she also furthered her expertise in education, gamification techniques, the growth mindset, leading teams, coaching, computer software, teaching to develop 21st century skills, project based learning and industry certifications; complementing her early career experience in supervision and procurement. Jodi currently lives in Florida but is available for travel in June-August.
Jodi has a Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Argosy University, earned her MBA from the University of Phoenix, and has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from American Sentinel University. Jodi continues to take professional development seriously and attends courses, workshops, and conferences throughout the year to continually evolve her practices.
Professional Affiliations and Certifications:
Jodi has her professional teaching certification in business education and is a member of the Institute for Supply Management, Florida Association for Career and Technical Education, National Business Education Association, and the American Society for Transportation and Logistics.
Jodi also holds industry certifications as a Global Logistics Associate, Microsoft Office Specialist in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, Microsoft Technology Associate in Windows Operating Systems Fundamentals, Gaming Fundamentals C#, HTML5 Application Development Fundamentals, and Internet and Computing Core certifications for Living Online, Key Applications, and Computer Fundamentals. To give back to the community she has remained a teacher with Pinellas County Schools and assists non-profit companies when able.

Doctorate in Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Dissertation: Examining the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership® Model Use by District Managers Responsible for Sales. Dr. Kirk also has a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Master’s in Business Administration.
